NICOP & POC Application

1. National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistani

- Download Application form from NADRA NICOP
- 2 Passport Size Photographs in BLUE background
- Copy of Pakistani Passport (1st and 2nd Pages) and Pakistani Identity Card
- 2 Copies of Singapore IC (PR/ EP/ WP)
- 2 Copies of Birth Certificate
- A Demand Draft of fee US$ 25.00 may be issued to NADRA Pakistan

Additional Requirement for Person below the Age of Eighteen (18)
- RG-II (bay) Form with a photocopy
- Copy of Last Pakistani Passport for self and Parents (2 Sets)
- Copy of Last Pakistani NIC of Parents (2 Sets)
- A Demand Draft of fee US$ 25.00 may be issued to NADRA Pakistan

NOTE: NICOP facility should be availed by Pakistanis living Overseas.

Submission Time:
10am - 12 noon
Monday- Friday

Cost:
Demand Draft of US$ 25.00 should be made at Bank (Habib etc.) before submission.

2. Pakistan Origin Card

- Download application form from NADRA POC
- 2 Passport Size Photographs in BLUE background
- Copy of Pakistani Passport (1st and 2nd Page) and Pakistani Identity Card/ Copy of Renunciation  Certificate.
- 2 Copies of Foreign Passport (1st and 2nd Page)
- 2 Copies of Singapore IC (PR/ EP/ WP)
- 2 Copies of Birth Certificate
- 2 Copies of Marriage Certificate, where applicable
- A Demand Draft of fee US$ 150.00 may be issued to NADRA Pakistan

Additional Requirement for Person below the Age of Eighteen (18)
- RG-II (bay) Form with a photocopy
- Copy of Last Pakistani Passport for self and Parents (2 Sets)
- Copy of Last Pakistani NIC of Parents (2 Sets)
- A Demand Draft of fee US$ 80.00 may be issued to NADRA Pakistan

NOTE: POC facility should be availed by Pakistanis living Overseas.
